Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Dallas was very easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for our short trip to Tampa.

The property manager, Dallas, was extremely accommodating and friendly from the moment we requested early check-in. The property is in an up and coming area and quiet. The bungalow, although aged was quaint, comfortable and decor-chic. We were in town for work and were not able to visit any of the surrounding areas for fun but this property is located close enough to the Riverwalk for quick enjoyment and it seemed there were a great selection of restaurants as well. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The home was adequately equipped with all kitchen supplies. Be sure to keep food off of the counters. Ants in FL are a pain. There is spray in the cabinets (organic) which I used after my first day and no issues after!
