Spectacular views of the Urdaibai estuary right on the waterfront. Townhouse with all the amenities, including a terrace, garden, outdoor pool, and sauna. It offers 170 m² of living space spread over two floors, each featuring a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. A prime location with views of the left-hand break at Mundaka and excellent for birdwatching. An 800-meter walk to Laida Beach and 3 km from the unspoiled Laga Beach. There are opportunities for lovely walks from the house along the coast and to San Pedro de Atxarre. A bus stop is located 200 meters away, connecting Gernika and Ibarrangelua and passing by all the beaches.

We had a great stay here. The house is perfectly located a short walk from the beach and we really enjoyed watching the beautiful view change throughout the day. There was plenty of space for all four of us and the outside pool was lovely for a dip when the weather was hot. Communication with Gorka was prompt and helpful, especially with recommendations for places to eat and walks to see the whole of the estuary.

Wonderful setting, lovely house. Fantastic local beaches and a couple of fun restaurant bars at the bottom of the hill.
