Superb architect villa in raw concrete, 160 m², classified 5 * by the Tourist Office and 4 ears Gîtes de France.
With its 140 m² terrace (including 70 m² in wood) and its heated pool of over 30 m², it is ideally located on a rocky escarpment. It will offer you a breathtaking view of the handles of Fautea and its Genoese tower (restored tower and accessible on foot).
You will not have any opposite and thus enjoy a peaceful stay in a house with comfortable rooms and a refined style ...
The house is on one level, all the rooms give access to the terraces and are oriented so as to offer the magnificent sea view.
The spacious and comfortable living room has a fireplace for cooler evenings at the end of the season.
The kitchen, with its central island, is independent of the living room.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom (with wc) and a very comfortable shower; the other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom (with wc).
The house also has a separate guest toilet.
Three magnificent beaches are close to the villa and Pinarellu Beach (ranked among the 20 most beautiful beaches in the world) is only 8 km away.
500 meters from the villa, on Fautea beach, there is a bar-restaurant and you can get everything you need in the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio which is 5 km away (bakery, butcher's shop) , convenience store, gas station, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, post office, etc.)
You can also visit the Bavella Pass, the Alta Rocca region and the small port village of Solenzara.

The house was fantastic. Everything was clean and the kitchen fully equiped. The view every morning was amazing. We could highly recommend it and looking forward coming again.

We recently stayed at this great house, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations! The place was even more stunning in person than in the photos. It had a welcoming vibe, with all the extras you could possibly need. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the sea. The hosts were helpful and kind, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable break!

The views from this house are amazing (and as a result the road leading up to the house is very very steep). In addition, the house is in great proximity (within an hour’s drive) to the mountains for hiking, various beaches (Plage Palombaggia for example), and Bonafacio which is a must-see. The hosts were very friendly and even allowed us to check-in early which was wonderful. The house itself was clearly very thoughtfully designed with shade on the patio at all times of day, large sliding windows throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked. There is not a barbecue grill as indicated in the listing, but the alternative plancha was a fine alternative. We had a great week and enthusiastically recommend this house to others.
