This property is smaller than it appears in the pictures but is furnished as presented. They should say there is a single king in master, a queen in stand alone and the bedroom with 2 beds both are full/standard size. They do provide soap for laundry/dish washing/washer and have a need some leave some pantry with items such as shampoo, body soap, sunscreen, razor, etc. the pots and pans are terrible cheap garbage so if you need non-stick bring your own. Also the plates are chipped but there is a decent quantity as well as eating utensils. The pool area is nice but can get busy and has limited shade. Bring flip flops so you don’t burn your feet on scorching hot cement. Overall you will have nice place to stay that won’t distract from your stay.

This is a clean, attractive condo, with a well equipped kitchen. The only thing that needs owner attention is the master bedroom mattress. It is an old mattress with a four inch sponge on top of it. We both got up with bad back aches. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

What a beautiful home! So nicely decorated, large & spacious rooms. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay in Washington. Close to so many sights & restaurants. I highly recommend this home. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions prior to our stay. Didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. Beautiful neighborhood & nice pool area! Will be back next time in town!
