Marina has slips for your boat or take advantage of the daily fishing and dolphin watching charters that leave from the harbor. There is a waterfront Tiki Bar and restaurant (with live music) just a few steps away. 27 hole golf course, tennis, pickelball and fitness center. Watch the kids and friends from the fully equipped kitchen . The trading post adjacent to the restaurant offers convenience to groceries,breakfast cafe deli and ship store that rents kayaks. The list goes on with a barbecue and deck overlooking the marina. You actually will never have to leave the grounds on this great escape!

Stayed here a couple times now. Love the quiet area. Got Cass Cay next door for food & music which stops at 9. Super friendly locals. Mike responded quick to my questions and looking forward to maybe another trip later this year.

Mike was very responsive when we had a question. The unit was in a great location, all the neighbors were very friendly. I would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool, the restaurant next door, and we never got tired of walking around the marina looking at the boats and the manatees. Other guests were very friendly. The condo was not the one listed. Ours was on the third floor, not the 1st floor. However, we were ok with that as we did have a very enjoyable two weeks staying there and we would definitely consider renting with Mike again.

For a post hurricane property it was in decent shape. We had a good time and the amenities were adequate. The condo unit could have used a good and thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.
