Par 4 Villa 18 is a wonderful 3 bedroomed villa with a large private pool, a beautiful gardened area and a built in BBQ where to enjoy outdoors meals with views over the golf course.
This holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people, so it is perfect for a family holiday, 115 sq metres, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all you may need: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven... everything you need and more!
Its modern yet cozy desing, will make you feel at home, chill out at its wide terrace that counts on several seating areas and sun loungers overlooking the garden and private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, enjoy a BBQ in the afternoon and watch the sun set over the mountains!
El Salobre Golf Resort is a very relaxing place for those in search of tranquility and privacy, far from crowded tourist areas yet close enough to reach any resort in a short drive.
You can access the restaurants at the Serenity & Salobre hotel just a few metres from this villa, there is a small store at the entrance of the resort and another restaurant by it.

Rectangular-shaped, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

Our special daily fresh bread service (delivered early in the morning directly to your villa)
Full midcleaning will be carried out with change of bed linen and towels, included only for stays of 8 days or longer
One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!
NOT included:
Pool heating service has a surcharge, only hirable for the whole duration of stay.
Policies:
*** A security deposit of 600 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100.00€ for the whole duration of the stay.

👍 Great to get fresh bread each day!
Very accommodating hosts and a great villa.
👎 The back door was broken so didn't lock, the heated pool that we paid for for the week was not heated and so by day 3 they came to fix. The swimming pool life raft was broken so it sank (which obviously was not safe) - but this was fixed that day
When we let them know of our concerns they were very quick to respond which was great.
The TV is on its way out so the colour was not great (almost pink)
On one of the nights, unfortunately a neighbour had a party (with a DJ and sound system) which caused all the neighbors to go out to complain, eventually the police were called and it was turned off.
This was not the villas issue, it was just unfortunate as this was sold as a peaceful area.
Overall the villa was perfect for what we needed and the area is beautiful (even with the construction during the day)
