A few more kilometers to the North and it's Bayonne then the great beaches of the Landes. To the south is Hendaye and Spain with San Sebastian only 30 minutes' drive away. Without forgetting, a few kilometers inland, the magnificent hinterland of the Basque Country, the villages of Espelette, Aïnoha, Saint Jean Pied de Port, Sare, Bidarray, and many others at the foot of the Pyrenees.
