We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times over the past 25 years, but this was our best experience of them all.

Reviewer Comments:
Our 3 night stay was good except for a major issue with the elevator. On returning from dinner on 10/11 at about 7:30 the elevator was not functioning. My wife was not able to climb 6 flights of stairs therefore I called the PD emergency number who dispatched the PD EMT's. The 3 men were able to transport her in their chair up the stairs to our unit. While we were grateful for the quick emergency response this incident greatly embarrassed her. The working condition of this single building elevator causes an unsafe and unacceptable situation for all guests
