4 bedroom/2 bathroom offers everything you need for.
Master bedroom with a smart TV, King bed size and walk in closet with fully bath.
Second bedroom, with a Smart TV, California bed size and closet.
Third bedroom, Queen, bed, size and closet, bed size and closet.
Fourth bedroom, queen, bed, size and closet
WiFi, and fully loaded Smart TVs in the Master bedroom and living room.
MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY if you are trying to have a party or a large gathering. All parties will be shut down right away and result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many families. We kindly request that all pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor activities end by 9:30 PM to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.
GUESTS WHO WISH TO HAVE THE POOL AND SPA HEATED DURING THEIR
STAY CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AHEAD OF TIME TO DO SO. THERE IS AN
ADDITIONAL $125 FOR THE POOL, $95 FOR THE SPA PER DAY CHARGE.
POOL SLIDE OUT OF SERVICE.
The pool and spa heater is remotely operated on a smart device by the host.
the pool will be heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that it can take up to 10-15 HOURS to heat the pool to 82 degrees, especially if it is cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence.
POOL SLIDE OUT OF SERVICE!!
POOL, Jacuzzi, AND A OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES ARE TO END BY 9:30 PM NOT NEGOTIABLE!
VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME.
No unregistered guests on the property. Unregistered guests will be considered trespassers.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PERMISES.
NO PETS
Please be advised that the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. Additionally, they are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
By accepting the reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and agree to abide by the house rules.

It was wonderful! Plenty of room for our family of 6! Loved all the closet space and ample seating in the kitchen, living room area and the pool area! Beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was impressive, always very responsive. Beautiful view and great location, close to everything. Thank you so much for our family's cherished memories! God bless!

This is a wonder place to stay. It’s beautiful inside and the pool is great. It was a wise decision to pay for heating the pool. The temperature outside was 90 but it gets much cooler at night. We would stay here again.
