The condo was amazing! Modern and clean, warm and inviting. There are so many things to do and see, the people are all friendly and helpful . The owners couldn’t be nicer, Susan gave us so many ideas on things to do and was always available to help us with anything we needed We can’t wait to go back … tbe best place in Florida!!!

Absolutely lovely place. The owners were super helpful and friendly. This was the perfect place for my family and I. The gated community made me feel very safe and everyone was friendly.

This property has great potential and the owners quickly responded to our questions, but there were a few issues with the property. I reported these issues to the owner and she said they planned to address them. Here's my list:
1. The foam mattress topper in the master bedroom was quite soft; so soft that we couldn't sleep well and became so tired that we cut our stay short by 5 nights.
2. There was a very strong and unpleasant odor inside the drawers and cabinet of the kitchen island.
3. The living room shade did not work, so I had to climb up a step stool twice each day to open and close it.
4. We killed two roaches in the master bathroom.
We suspect the roaches and other cleanliness issues probably are related to the quality of the housekeeping service in these days of Covid, rather than having anything to do with the owners.
If the listed issues are remediated, this will be a nice condo in a very pleasant area. We enjoyed our walks around the marina and saw multiple manatees swimming around the docked boats each day.
