Very well designed and clean condo right on the beach. Beautiful interior decor and furniture with great kitchen with everything you would need on vacation. We loved the stay. One recommendation we would make is replace the master bedroom mattress due to its age and major deformation.

Great location with a nice view. Very clean and well furnished. Loved the "nook" with the small sleeper sofa. Only one constructive comment .... master bedroom mattress probably should be replaced.

Reviewer Comments:
The location is excellent. The beach is awesome. The apartment was overall clean! The mattress in all the rooms were horrible, very uncomfortable! The last night we were there we saw a roach in the kitchen counter top. The apartment will benefit from some furniture updates! We will be back to sand key, but next time I’ll try a different unit.
