Saint Simons Island offers the charm of a relaxed coastal community with the convenience of everyday essentials nearby. From the condo, walk to Redfern Village for restaurants, coffee, boutiques and specialty shops. Beaches, Pier Village, island bike paths and recreation are just a short drive or bike ride away.

For extended stays, you'll also appreciate convenient access to grocery stores, fitness centers, pharmacies, urgent care, salons, pet services and other everyday necessities without leaving the island.

Skiff Landing is a private condominium community located off Frederica Road, tucked behind Longview Plaza and convenient to Redfern Village.

Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and private balcony.

Self check-in is available via keypad. Your unique entry code will be provided prior to arrival.

Parking: One assigned parking space (B8) is included, with convenient guest parking directly across from the assigned space.

Detailed arrival and driving instructions are provided prior to check-in.

Please review before booking:
• Prior to your stay, guests are required to complete our Pre-Arrival Form and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The individual making the reservation must be included in the occupancy and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.
• This home is located in a quiet residential community and is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful, relaxing stay. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests must comply with community and HOA rules, parking regulations and quiet hours.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• Long-term stays (29+ nights) are welcome.

Amenities/logistics:
• Community pool access is provided via key cards. Lost pool key card replacement is a $100 fee.
• Two bikes and beach gear are provided for guest use.
• Nearby restaurants and normal condominium activity may result in occasional noise, including early-morning dumpster service.
• Due to the property's proximity to the local airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard.
• The home is professionally cleaned before each stay.
• The cleaning fee reflects the more extensive cleaning required following 29+ night stays, including off-site laundering of bedding.

Pet Rules:
• Dogs are welcome (Sorry, no cats). Maximum of 2 dogs. Must be house trained, well-behaved and friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside. Please don't allow dogs on the furniture. Owners must clean up dog waste. $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Excessive cleaning and/or damages will incur a minimum of a $200 fee.

Smoking:
•No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

Deliveries:
• FedEx and UPS deliveries are permitted. Guests do not have access to the mailbox, so USPS deliveries cannot be received at the property.
