I use a mobilty scooter and checked accessibility before booking yes the villa is fine but on arrival there are no drop kerbs to gain access.Scooter would not go into bedroom or bathroom so not really disabled friendly but I did manage for four weeks, just.Facilites are fine and was cleaned weekly.Very good wifi and TV.

We arrived early evening - property did not strike us as being cleaned. ( Mouse/rat pellets in bedroom not good).
My wife spent quite some time next day cleaning floor etc.
We have stayed in Jardin del Sol many times and know it well.
We then settled in and enjoyed our stay. A lovely small property in a lovely area.
