200 m from the sea - maybe if you fly. We had to rent a car to go to any beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Premantura! Sasha was a great host and the property was immaculately clean. Everything was provided - modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and the kitchens were well stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you would need. Sasha was easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Local shops have everything you need and the beaches close by are beautiful! We had a car so we visited several towns nearby- Piran, Rovinj, Porec, Pula and Opatija. We enjoyed several restaurants in town- especially Casa Mia and Venice Lounge. Thank you Sasha for a memorable and relaxing stay - we enjoyed meeting you and staying in your property.

A fully equipped house, comfortable, super clean and a great location. We had all had a very relaxing stay and the house is so conveniently located we even managed to be car-less for a week, making use of local shops and restaurants as well as the bus into Pula for a day. A big thanks to Sasha the host who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a very pleasant time at the house. The big swimming pool as well as the view from the upper terrace are amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this accommodation.
