There is a covered terrace with a table, chairs, and sofas for al fresco dining—the perfect place to enjoy summer days with the best view! You can access the covered terrace from the first floor or from the garden. You’ll also find a stone BBQ and a pizza oven.

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and is lined with green marble; it features a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

In the well-tended garden, you’ll find a Renaissance-style garden with a statue of Saint Francis at its center.

Villa Rina is located midway between Pisa, Siena, and Florence—a perfect base for day trips to cities such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa. The nearest town is Cedri, a charming little village just a few kilometers away in the municipality of Peccioli—definitely worth a visit. It is famous for its delicious olive oil, wines, vegetables, wheat, and game.
