Ideal to relax, rest or practice sports (tennis, table tennis, volleyball, petanque) available in the field of Capitou (closed and secure) or mountain biking (departure paths to the Maures and the Esterel) .The house was completely refurbished and renovated (kitchen, bathroom ...). the area of the pool is open and accessible from 1 June to 30 September.
The house consists of a main house and an independent party consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and garage.
The main house includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The house also has a shaded terrace, surrounded by a garden of 700 m2.
It is an ideal place for vacation with family or friends.

Our stay at Frederic’s mountain home was unforgettable. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The communal swimming pool is about 1.5 km away, and a bakery can be found within 2 km. The beach in Fréjus is approximately a 30-minute drive away.It is an excellent base for exploring the French Riviera, with easy access to destinations such as Saint-Tropez, Nice, and Cannes. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay combined with great sightseeing opportunities.

Perfect house for a family, main house is very well equipped and has the living area and master bedroom. 2 other bedrooms in annex give privacy for everyone. Pool at the complex is fabulous.

We have enjoyed very much our three weeks vacation in this location - it is nice, fully equipped and with much space. The beds had been perfect for us and the furniture is mostly new.
The host is very flexible with arrival and depature times and he was very helpful regarding answering questions.
The only little challenge we've had was the missing wifi directly at the location, but we were able to workaround this with our cell phones and a good reception outdoor.
Highly recommended !
