With over 3,800 SF of living space to include 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 1 full living room, 1 spacious family room, 1 dining area, 1 breakfast nook, 2 large sunrooms (downstairs/upstairs) and several common areas. For the beach lovers, we have you covered, this residence is less than 5 miles from the beach (4.5 miles), if fishing is your thing, Sebastian Inlet is just 15 minutes away. Beachside Vero Beach offers quaint boutiques for the shoppers and amazing restaurants for the foodies. This home I located 1 hour and 20 minutes from the beautiful city of West Palm Beach. Located just minutes from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.

The value of the property in terms of space, pricing and ammenities is excellent. You can't go wrong for the price and a few nights. However, the neighborhood is run down and the whole house needs a deep clean. The interiors are dated but functional. The layout of the house is odd and there are no outdoor ammenities. There is a musty odor which they try to cover up with air freshners. The lighting is harsh, internet slow. Still, if you just need a spacious house for a great value (nod to all the walmart great value items in the house) this is an excellent property.

great place to stay while on a project in the area. Lots of space and good location. Host was very responsive and helpful when our schedule changed. Highly recommend!

the home was large enough for my family of 12. It had plenty of room and served our purpose in that respect. The home is older and could use some upgrades. The listing says there is a hot tub but there isn't one.
