This modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to 4 people.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has two single beds, and is perfect for children or friends. A second full bathroom, also with shower and underfloor heating, is located right outside the door. Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.

Thanks to its west orientation, the terrace receives sunshine in the afternoon. It is equipped with a table and chairs, guaranteeing an ideal space to enjoy al fresco dining with views of the swimming pool.

Bedding, towels and hairdryer are provided, and a 20KW/day electricity allowance is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included in the price.

The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.
