This kitchen is made for large families and outfitted with double ovens, double dishwashers, and 2 sinks! The huge bar has space for everyone to get involved in preparing meals plus a granite countertop table to give you additional workspace. Several gathering areas include the great room, loft, den, media room, rec room, and outdoor living galore!
You will be spending most of your evenings by the pool enjoying the cabana bar area and the grilling station complete with cabinets and a sink! Get ready for outdoor dining! The kiddie pool is a great way to play with the little ones. Lots of deck space around the private pool makes room for everyone. Inside the media room, rec room with pool table, and optional gathering spaces helps you to spread out while staying together.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Only the top-level living room fireplace is available for guest use. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

The property was just perfect for our family- 11 children 10 years & under and 7 adults. The 2 pools were large enough for all, the hot tub was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked, as were many games & puzzles!The bedding was a big hit with all. Having the beach a short distance was a great way to make several trips a day!“Perfect” was the word used by all of us many times over our week long stay!

Great location, great property for large groups. Location was ideal, on the beach and close to everything. The home was very well equipped from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. Highly recommend it.

First time we’ve been able to vacation all together. The house was great, kitchen had every appliance, utensils and space that we needed.
