Enjoy lunch and dinner on the patio with the lake views, stroll through historic Hammondsport, take your boat to restaurants, or hit a food truck at the nearby brewery. The best wineries in the finger lakes are just up the hill.

Deep water dock is great for swimming with great fishing right off the dock. Shale beach to ease into the crystal clear Keuka Lake water. Front yard is a great grassy area for kids to play games, or to kick back and take in the gorgeous view.

The house has three bedrooms + extra separate bunkhouse. There is one bedroom with a queen, one bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a twin over full, and the separate bunkhouse with a full bed. Comfortably sleeps 8. One large bath with another half bath. Laundry on-site.
