This gorgeous, upscale and newly renovated, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Water Front Condo offers plenty of room for 8 guest when using the sleeper sofa. Located in the West Tower unit W328 has two private balconies to watch dolphins play and boats passing by on their way to the Gulf of Mexico or Crab Island! The dedicated 250MB high speed internet service so bring your Xbox, Playstation, Netflix, Hulu and other accounts to watch and play!
The large kitchen includes breakfast bar with bar sink, all stainless steel appliances complete with full size oven/stove, side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & 12 cup drip coffee maker. The cabinets are fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, silverware, small appliances and everything you will need for cooking family dinners to blending frozen concoctions!
The Primary Master Suite has a King bed with private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom with large, corner soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity. The Secondary Master Suite has a King Bed, Balcony Access to the main balcony, and an ensuite bath complete with walk in shower. The 3rd Bedroom has a King Bed with access to a 3rd full bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom has their own TV.
Take the Emerald Grande Beach Shuttle to the private beach complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. (2 Chairs, 1 Umbrella per guest are included). No need to pack up ice chest or beach gear....just bring your sunscreen, relax and order food and beverages from the beach attendant.

This property is excellent! It is very clean with beautiful furniture and high end fixtures. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could need. The location is fabulous because you are right on the boardwalk with great restaurants and shops. We loved the spa and it was a highlight of the trip. Everything was top notch!

View on the harbor was great, not enough elevators, might wait 20 mins for one. Beach area was not all that. I did not even get off the boat because it looked gross but there was a public access point to the beach less than 5 mins away and it was beautiful! Plenty of things to do on sight like going out on a boat, ziplining, or dolphin cruises. I will probably come back .

The unit was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location was great. Our son got married at the venue and it was great staying at the same site. The free, covered onsite parking was great. The owner communicated quickly and we found the check in easy. The one con about the unit was the facility has a large mechanical unit, probably air conditioning, right off the patios. The unit ran 24/7 and we found it loud and distracted from the great view. The noise kept us inside more than we would have liked. I wish we had known about the noise prior to booking.

I rented a condo for family for a wedding. The check in was terrible, we drove 101/2 hours and was there at 3:15 . We had to it in the lobby till EXACTLY 4:00 not 3:55 but 4:00. The busboys were great. The flow of the building was awful. I will not be back.
