The property is older and in an older area. However, the property recently had been completely updated with the latest features. All the other homes in the area have also been updated and are very nicely kept as well. The only issue we had was the A/C quit working one afternoon. I notified the host and they had someone out early the next morning. Things happen, which was strange as all the appliances were new. But, their diligence to have it serviced that quickly was an example of how much they cared about our comfort. The only suggestion I would make is add a ceiling fan in the living/kitchen/dining area.

Great, clean place to stay that is well updated with comfortable beds in a convenient location to downtown.

Great location and very well priced. Hosts were very informative and pleasant.

The place was ok. Very spartan. Clean but definitely needs a facelift. The major problem was the train that runs thru the night and woke us up every night multiple times.
