NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Spectacular location. Everyone loved the opportunity to view passing whales, and a few breaches, from the lanai.

Views were amazing and it was nice to have the clubhouse so close. Would recommend and stay again.

The room's location was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The upstairs room had a problem, causing them to wash their floor late at night and into the next morning. There was water flooding their lanai and onto our patio on both days.

We had a wonderful time. This is a perfect location to access the many things to do on the island. And staying at the complex pool for the day was so easy and lovely. Very nice to have food and bar accommodations at the complex pool. We would definitely come back!
