Our stay was great. Great location in World Tennis Club. Also, close to Sanchez Academy. Things to improve:If you want to have more renters to your condo get some updated furniture that is comfortable to sit in. Also get a can opener that works. Bake wear would help as well Everything else was fine!

Everything was clean and in very good condition. Nice furnishings. Screened in entry and patio. Very quiet and nice grounds for walking.
Easy driving in and out because of street light.
Full array of beach umbrellas, chairs (we added a nice one) and other gear. Walmart grocery and Target about a mile north. Can walk there along sidewalk.

First time VRBO, First time on West Coast Florida.
kitchen stocked with spices, tea, coffee needs and salad dressing mixes helpful.
Only down part was BR TV remote not working upon arrival, but was rectified the very next day. Also check Gate code, they seem to change it on end of month, almost got stranded on New Years Eve coming home, No one answered my call , luckily we came home before midnight after dinner and someone finally came up behind us with a delivery that let us in.
