Nice little spot, and very fairly priced!

Pretty good, clean, easy stay. Communication was easy and parking is plentiful. Not too far from the Rosemont CTA stop for the trains and busses, so if you're up for a little walk to the station or willing to pay the daily park'n ride rate it's very convenient for getting to and around in the city. The apartment we had was up a 3 sets of stairs, so luggage was a bit of a bear after the stiffness of a long drive, but manageable. When we first arrived the apartment was stuffy as heck, as the a/c is window units, but after getting them up and running for a few hours we had the place feeling comfortable. Good place to stay for two couples or a few singles in town for touristy stuff. Just an easy place to plop down after a long day of exploring in the city.

It was clean and close to the airport. I could walk to the store and places to eat. Parking was easy.

20 minutes before check in and we didn’t have any details. Had to call host who almost hung up because it was too loud in her location. I finally was able to help her hear that we needed check in info, and she sent over some vague details on how to check in. A lock box behind a very dirty dumpster area was not a good start. The apartment itself was clean, and well kept. The blinds in booth bedrooms are white translucent, so light comes in all night to where you can read a book if needed without lights. Not great sleeping. The area around has a lot of availability of food and needed items. So convenient. But no coffee maker, just coffee pods with no place to make it. Shower head was broken. Notified host who didn’t respond till next day, 5 showers later and water everywhere. Zero check out instructions, and I even asked and got no response. Overall the place is ok, the communication is terrible, and the location has some good amenities . Wouldn’t stay again.
