What a comfortable place! Conveniently located to many amenities. It is both walkable and convenient to the bus lines. The Tomebamba River offers pleasant walking and park experiences. This is a relatively new building with security. It is located in an active area where there are new buildings among older buildings and businesses. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a blissful view of the mountains. Your host, Andrea is helpful and very responsive.
