Knutson & Associates Property Management is proud to be representing Kona Plaza# 215. It's amazing location puts you right in immediate walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping & entertainment right in the heart of Kailua Village.
This 2nd floor unit of Kona Plaza is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that is very spacious & has been a guest favorite over many years. Unit#215 sleeps 6 & features a Queen Sized Bed in each bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room as well, Central Air Conditioning, Wifi Access, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Elevator Access & Underground covered parking!
There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort.
This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.
Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

It was the perfect home base to all outings near and around the island.

This was the perfect condo to stay in if you want to be super close to Alii Drive. Wow, this place was beautiful and close to everything you need on the Kona side of the Big Island.

The location is great.Having a kitchen was a huge plus for travelers like us who wanted to save money by cooking.All the essentials, like towels, were well-provided, and we also enjoyed the extra entertainment items (like the snorkeling/beach gear).The only downside was the mattress. It’s in poor condition and definitely needs to be replaced.
