The south-facing terrace and the house are heavily shaded by trees during the growing season.
The house is heated by electric floor heating.
Bicycle racks are available at the house. The first floor has tile flooring. It’s about a 1-minute walk to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the wave pool. Shopping options are nearby.
