The Home
This spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers 2,827 square feet of comfortable living space across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Situated on a corner lot in a quiet Monument neighborhood, the home provides the perfect blend of space, convenience, and comfort for families, groups, and extended stays.
Step inside to an inviting open-concept living area where everyone can gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making meals and conversation easy. Additional seating at the kitchen bar provides extra room for dining, morning coffee, or planning the day's adventures.
Just off the dining area, you'll find access to the balcony where a propane grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. Everything was as described. We had no issues during our week stay. We utilized all the rooms and were very comfortable. We used the grill one night without issues. We didn't get a chance to use the firepit. We definitely recommend this house for your stay. Quiet area too. Host is great to work with!

We enjoyed our stay in this great Monument property while house hunting. We loved relaxing by the fireplace on the very cold nights. Our dugs loved the backyard and the location was great! We even saw mule deer walking across the street several times.

Arrived 3 days after a large snow storm (14") - no path had been shoveled from the driveway to the front door. Had to trudge through snow nearly up to my kneecaps to get to the door, then hunt for a shovel, and then shovel a path so I could bring belongings in. Arriving alone, and a person with a back injury, I advised manager they would be responsible if medical treatment was necessary - response was reprehensible.
Chair at heat of table was wobbly and unsafe. Advised management company.
Urn on back upper deck full of cigarette butts (not ours - we don't smoke).
Lower back door unlocks buts does not open.
Aside from that, the property is spacious, tastefully decorated, and absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. If you're looking for a place where family can spread out and have a bit of privacy, this is a great location.
