This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are literally less than 2 miles from anything you could need in Prattville.

This condo really is in one of the best locations in Prattville.
High speed Internet & streaming on 2 TV’s.
Massive 4K 75 inch Philips TV in the living room.
2 free parking spaces as well as a handicapped spot.
This Nice Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 Bathrooms. All 3 of the Bedrooms are upstairs with the living space and entertaining spaces downstairs on the main floor.
Fully stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to cook for your family. Nice Barb-Q area outside with a Charcoal Smoker Grill. You can cook directly under the meat or use the Smoke Box on the end for Smoking ribs or your favorite meat, Cheese or Veggies.
Dining seating for 8 people at the table and Bar. Living room seating for 7-8.
Bedrooms sleep 6 easy with 3 queen beds and we've also added a Crib in the Master if you are bringing your tiny ones.
Free Laundry in the Condo with detergent provided. Linens, Towels, Soaps and Coffee are provided.
You have full access with no shares spaces.
I am always available if you have questions or need anything.
There are stairs in this unit that lead up to the bedrooms.

Quiet hours at night.
All guests and pets must be registered and included in your reservation.
Pets must be pre-approved!
Locals must communicate the reason for the stay prior to booking.
Please note if the police are called to the home for any reason all persons in the home will be evicted immediately.

CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am. Guest agrees to pay the daily rental rate if not checked out by the specified check out time.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host.
Guest fees for each guest over the regular default booking of 2 guests. $15 per night per guest above 2.
$20 for early check-ins or late checkouts. (If available)

We compared opinions in this area and chose this one for the grill & # of bathrooms. Having 2 bathrooms for our family upstairs and .5 baths if we needed it while watching tv.

Location was convenient for my purpose. Visiting a buddy from high school who just retired from the US Army and now has a permanent home in Prattville. Just needed a place to lay my head and this place was perfect and only 5 minutes from my buddy’s house. Only issue was GPS took me to the wrong location on a different street to begin with. Once I found the right street around the corner no issues.

The town house was in a very convenient place to stay, very nice & roomy. Quite area nice patio very home like feel we will book every time it's available when we to town.
