Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Condo was perfect for our girls trip. Had everything we needed, including great direct access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful view of the Gulf of America 24x7 with all the necessities and convenience you need. Very functional living space, sleeping quatrters and appliances. Right in the beach but far enough down the road from all the tourist bustle! The double floor to ceiling sliding doors allow a wonderful view of the ocean from anywhere in the space. Highly recommended!

The condo was amazing with a great oceanfront view! It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The beach was quiet and peaceful. It had somewhat of a secluded feel but then just ten minutes away were restaurants and entertainment. There was a local grocery store on the other side of the street that was walkable and convenient. All in all we had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed at this condo and there are both positives and important concerns to share.The location is excellent. The Gulf views are beautiful, and the balcony with three sliding glass doors was a highlight. It’s a short walk to the beach, the pool is very nice, and it’s a quick drive to restaurants and typical beach shopping. The owner was responsive and apologetic when we reported issues.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit upon arrival significantly impacted our stay. The condo had not been properly cleaned. In the kitchen, the refrigerator had food residue and crumbs, the dishwasher was dirty with buildup, and cabinet surfaces were greasy. The fridge water dispenser did not work.The bedroom was also not up to standard. The linens did not appear fresh, there was a large stain on the mattress, and the room needed dusting and general cleaning. We had to purchase wipes, new sheets, pillows, and used a disposable mattress pad.Additional issues included a heavily dust-filled air filter we had to change and large dust buildup next to the dryer.After a long day of travel, we spent about two hours cleaning before we could settle in. The owner provided a 200 refund, which was appreciated, but it was a rough start to our vacation. Owner did reveal she had used a substitute cleaning service. With proper cleaning, this could be a great place. I would recommend confirming cleaning standards before booking.
