Relax on the comfy sectional or accent chair with an ottoman while watching your favorite shows on the oversized wall-mounted TV after a long day at the beach. If you are looking to cook a meal for your entire party look no further. This fully stocked kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor the fresh meals at the large dining table with seating for eight and additional stools for three at the bar. Convenient for guests, the hallway bathroom is comprised of a vanity and tub with tile trim.
At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR1), with modern features in a nautical theme offering a King size bed with nightstands, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and an accent chair. The ensuite bathroom consists of two granite-topped vanities and a large pebble tile shower.

Location is great with easy beach access and nearby car access as well. The pool is right across the street. Layout is great for a couple families. The property is in a great location, however it is not in cinnamon shores, but actually 1 street past. The property is pet friendly, but there isn’t a fenced in backyard or full separate patios between the shared unit next door. The property was clean but furnishings are aging and some stained. Pics from the listing are very old. The interior has different floors and has been repainted since. Also ping pong table and room it is in in the photos is in the garage and not air conditioned or with working lighting.

Check in was a little confusing as GPS takes you to Cinnamon Shores main entrance, but listing is El Cortez, just North of CS. Also, check in guide stated “No garage access.” However garage access is the same as door code & garage is where ping pong table, cornhole, beach stuff & propane grill is. Other than that it was awesome!

Nice house, plenty of room, good access to beach. But too many cockroaches in kitchen, hot water varied from room to room, living room couches full of food crumbs. Property advertised as being in Cinnamon Shores but was not. Some skillets were crusted over with burnt food and not cleanable.
