There is the brand new Amazon Fresh grocery store which you HAVE to check out less than 5 min away! Also, with perfect freeway access to the 101 Freeway which will take you to visit everything in and around Los Angeles.
The house is spread out on a single floor with an amazing and modern brand new open kitchen concept which makes cooking a joy with a large dining table for 4 people with 2 seats at the kitchen counter which is open to the adjacent living room.
A bright Master Suite with a door to the backyard and attached private Master Bath and with a Queen SIZED bed. For the other 2 guest bedrooms there Queen sized beds as well.
Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include two SOFA BEDS in the living room which are convertible to a double bed. There is also a twin sized rollaway bed which can be used if needed.
The kitchen is fully stacked and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay great for the entire group, including a full coffee corner which includes a coffee maker and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large kitchen with a dining table that seats 4 people comfortably with 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor in the backyard you also have a nice BBQ grill, with a Propane gas grill, equipped with all the utensils needed for you to enjoy.
A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.
You have driveway parking for up to three cars and then additional free parking on the street right outside the house.
The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows on Youtube, local channels, etc. and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200+ MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property with our mesh system coverage. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!
The clean and sparkling Swimming Pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! Small pets or animals are allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, however, small pets up to 20 lbs are allowed, but please let me know beforehand so that the property can be thoroughly cleaned up for our future guests with pet allergies.
The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding, and clean high quality linens to ensure you get a good night's rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers, as well as throughout the entire house.

We had a wonderful stay! This house is absolutely beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the host is fantastic. We planned a trip to Universal Studios months ahead of time and a totaly different host canceled on us at the very last min. I was left struggling to find another place just hours before our flights. Bobby responded to my message around midnight and even got on the phone with VRBO customer service and myself to help book a stay at this house or another one of thier properties which saved our vacation. He is very responsive and an excellent host. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

This was one of the better places we've stayed. The back yard is larger than it appears in the photos. The pool area felt like a resort. The pool is not heated and when we were there, the weather was not hot. Maybe in the low 80s. However, the water was the perfect temperature, as if it was heated. Everything was clean on the inside of the house. Furniture was comfortable. We'd stay here again. Host was very responsive and proactive. We had all the information we needed prior to check in.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home! Everything was spotless and the Charming Decor including the lovey lovely bric-a-brac and coffee table books made the space feel elegant and cozy the kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare and serve a family holiday meal the layout was perfect for a large group offering space for interaction and Quiet Moments the outdoor area was Lush and comfortable much nicer than the photo suggested! A special moment for us was discovering a copy of the best love poems of the American people our late mother's favorite book and brought back Cherished Memories as we recited poems together a truly touching experience the home expanded our expectations and we'd absolutely recommend it the host clear communication and thoughtful rules made it easy to enjoy the space while respecting the property thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories!

The host, Bobby, had excellent communication throughout our stay. The house accommodated six of us with no issues. Would definitely recommend if you come across this listing!
