Elegant lakefront home on Lake LBJ hosted by Waterhouse Rentals. All 6 bedrooms feature King Size Beds and there is an abundance of space to enjoy all that Lake LBJ has to offer. You can relax poolside in the infinity edge pool and hot tub (pool can be heated for additional fee) while enjoying amazing views. You can also head down to the boat dock and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.
Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Residence III is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

Everything was perfect for our 6 couples and the ones with a child the bunk beds made up for their stay. worked out great! We stayed at the house to the east of this house in 2025 memorial weekend. This house we definitely liked better even though they almost mirror each other. This house has an outside half bath which is a Bonus when in and out of the pool for those bathroom breaks!The back patio does need a trash can outside, that was the only thing we had to makeshift our own.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. We had plenty of space to play, eat and sleep. We really appreciated the games, paddleboards, slide, and hot tub. The house was very clean.

The home was absolutely terrific! We couldn't have been more satisfied. Beautiful new home with plenty of open space to enjoy each other's company. Big well stocked kitchen. Six bedrooms with king size beds plus open area with six bunk beds.Large master bedroom and bathroom which were lovely. Beautiful pool. Great location. We had a great view of the fireworks on Labor Day. We highly recommend staying in this house.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was set up great for our family so every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids loved the ping pong table, electronic game table and the game room upstairs. Despite having terrible weather, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and made the most of our time at lake LBJ. We were bummed all of the 4th of July festivities were canceled but the property manager was in constant communication with us about the lake rising and making sure we were aware and safe. We were so grateful to be safe considering what was happening in the hill country. This house is great for a group and we were able to walk to Boat Town and have dinner one night. We are hoping to come back when we can use our boat and swim in the lake.
