Summary:
Centrally located near the University of Oregon, with easy access to I-5. The home is located in a quiet, desirable South Eugene neighborhood with lots of room for indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining so you'll be able to bring your whole family. Home has a private fenced backyard with a covered patio, hot tub, gas grill and terrace garden. Bright, open concept great room with a gas fireplace and a well-stocked chef's kitchen.
The Space:
The House at Stone Crest is a spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on an airbed (if necessary). The master suite is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed, custom built-in closet, ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms upstairs have king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with one guest bath located upstairs. The living room/great room has a sectional with additional guest seating and a large TV. All bedrooms and the patio are equipped with TVs. The patio is set up for outdoor dining and entertaining and has a table, chairs, umbrellas, and a TV and a hot tub. Please note that events or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and a noise ordinance of 10pm must be followed.
Guest Access:
The house is situated in a hilly neighborhood and there are many steps to the front door. There is a 2 car garage as well as street parking. House is accessible from the side and has only 2 steps in the back door, if many steps are an issue.
The Neighborhood:
The House at Stone Crest is located approximately 2 miles from the University of Oregon in the Laurel Hill Valley neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon.
Getting Around:
The house is easily accessible to I-5 and 14 miles from the Eugene airport.
Other Things to Note:
The house has an apartment attached to the right of the garage. There is one shared wall (in the upstairs queen size bedroom) but the outside space is separated from the apartment and noise from the apartment is not an issue. There is a parking space in front of the house that is dedicated to the apartment (it's in front of where the trash/recycle bins are housed). The way the house and outdoor is set up, it doesn't feel as though there is an attached unit.
**PLEASE NOTE: The home is in a family friendly neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels and when outside after 10pm our of respect for our neighbors.

Well equipped kitchen and the house had a high chair, baby bathtub, and a few games, toys for younger kids. This house had lots of room and lots of stairs.close to U of O.

This home is beautiful! It was clean and fully stocked. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook at the home. There was adequate space for our large family to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed hot tub each night and shared many laughs during game night at the table.It is just minutes to both the University of Oregon and Springfield with many close dining options if you choose to venture out. There is a grocery store less than 10 minutes away if you take the interstate. The host was incredibly responsive and checked on us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing I had difficulty with was turning on the shower in the Master Bathroom. Other than that it was great. The picture of the driveway is very steep the picture doesn't do it justice.
