Ideally located on the right bank, in a quiet and sought-after area, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, markets, restaurants and entertainment.
From the terrace, enjoy open views over the sea and La Grande-Motte, with beautiful sunsets every evening.
The stay is always enjoyable thanks to its brightness, comfort and exceptional location — perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The accommodation is arranged as a duplex and includes stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty moving around. The stairs are secured, but we kindly ask guests to remain cautious when moving around the property.

Hormis quelques bémols niveau propreté, l'appartement était très confortable, chaleureux, et mon séjour a été on ne peut plus agréable.

Séjour automnale très agréable.
L’appartement est très bien placé au bord de la mer avec accès privé à la plage. La place de parking privé est vraiment un plus.
L’appartement est très agréable et décoré avec goût . C’est génial avec la vue sur la mer.
Nous avons eu de la chance que les restaurants soient encore ouverts car c’était la fin de saison ce week end du 11-11.
