Wine apartments Florence provided a wonderful experience during our trip to Florence. The host was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and the apartment itself was well maintained and in a prime location. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to come back soon!

The host was very communicative which made the check in and check out process easy. We had a few issues with the WiFi at the beginning but the host was very proactive and got it fixed within a few hours! Great service, beautiful apartment!

Lovely stay in a perfect location! The apartment is super cute, and having a coffee shop downstairs and a washer was so convenient. We could’ve used a few more towels and some extra toilet paper. The shower did leak into the bathroom and kitchen, even after a repair, but management was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Great location in Oltrana, it was nice and clean. Booking process, payment, and check in was very strange. It sent us to a third party to pay after we’d booked and ended up costing more than advertised. Check in instructions were vague and confusing. The communication and payment was just rather sketchy. We weren’t sure if it was a scam. Also only gave us one towel and few other amenities (no napkins/paper towels in the kitchen, very little soap or shower gel, etc) But they did give us a free bottle of wine so…But the apartment itself was nice for an older building. Comfy bed. The tv was broken but who goes to Italy to watch TV anyway. It was very small, especially the bathroom. The shower was tiny. They also had a washer which is cool. I think I’d have rated higher overall if the payment and check in process wasn’t so strange. Also seems like they charged a lot for what it was. Probably could have gotten a nice hotel for the same price.
