March 2026 update - New Game Room was just added!
We’re excited to announce that we added a fun game room featuring a TV, billiards, and other games for everyone to enjoy! Please note that garage parking will no longer be available. See the pictures!
Come to beautiful Sarasota and enjoy the USA beach #1.
The property is conveniently located just minutes away from white sand of the Siesta Key beach. Numerous popular restaurants and shopping destinations are across the street.
The house is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, artworks, linens and appliances. The property features a spacious living room, a dining room for six with direct access to the pool, and a convenient “coffee zone” in between. Two huge UHD TVs will entertain you on rainy days. 1 GBps wireless internet will help you to share your emotions with your loved ones, or complete your distance work for your boss.
Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three big comfy leather couches in the house. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area with a table for four and a large screened lanai with another dining table for six. The house came with more amenities than expected. The property owner made sure we had everything we needed, aside from any food we would want to cook. The house was very clean, the pool was perfect and the location to beaches and restaurants just a quick few minutes of driving. I would highly recommend booking this for your next family trip!
