The essential fact: This unit is beautiful, clean and with all the amenities described. There are three comfortable bedrooms (we utilized the fold-out sofa in the living room as well), three excellent bathrooms (exceptionally spacious master bath with lovely tiles and stone) and a fully-equipped kitchen. Though the property seems nice, we didn't really experience it as a regular guest would because we were there to attend a wedding which consumed almost all of our time. I must say the wedding coordinator and the others involved did a superb job.The front desk was a bit lackadaisical; we waited for about 15 minutes to check, while agents seemed in no great hurry, disappeared into the back room, etc. And don't dream of making any special request. For late checkout and a few extra towels, we were turned down flat ("we don't do that as a matter of policy"). But as for the towels, we then discovered more of them in a bathroom cabinet, so we ended up with plenty. We had a great time, and are extremely grateful to our fine host, Paul.

Half of the light switches in the unit didn’t work or go to anything. The outlets in the master bed lamp didn’t work on one side. Had to ask maintenance to fix the master toilet due to a high pitched noise at 3 am. Also had to ask the cleaning crew to come back and clean the master bedroom door, wall and bathroom door due to filth smeared on them all. Your master bedroom faces the main road so you have road noise all night not a clear view of the gulf at all. Master bed was hard on one side and broke down on the other. Kitchen was missing some extra cooking utensils. The unit was nice but not very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

We couldn't of asked for a better vacation. The condo was exactly as advertised. The activities were fantastic. We really enjoyed the fireworks, we could see them from the balcony and rhe music. We saw several pods of dolphins on the Southern star. We loved the beach, the beautiful water and awesome sunsets. We hope to get to come back on a future vacation and would recommend this condo. Thank you for the use of your condo.
