**NOTE: A project to recoat the south balcony is scheduled to begin in October. During the days a stack will be in work, the access to the balcony will be restricted. Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal."
