Cascade at Zion National Park & Sand Hollow is a sought-after vacation rental property that is designed to accommodate large groups and family vacations. With a private pool, multiple decks and patios with fire pits, and superb views of the red rock cliffs, this property offers a comfortable and luxurious retreat for travelers. Five master suites provide privacy and comfort, while two large family rooms with large TVs and a pool table provide entertainment options for all ages. **POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
- The cost of heating the POOL SYSTEM (Pool) at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating.
- The cost to heat the pool is $75/night.
- Heat requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
- We set the system to heat between 83-85. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed.
- Both hot tubs can be heated during your stay without an additional charge. The hot tub temperatures are set at 100 degrees. You can adjust the temperatures or down on the hot tubs.
- The pool is maintained at temperature of 70 degrees while not is use. If you want to use the pool at this temperature you are able to do so. We can monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if it raises above the 70 degrees you will be charged the nightly pool heating fee of $75 per day you heat the pool.
*** Waterfall and Slide Information***
- To prevent the pipes from freezing, the waterfall and slide are not able to be used through December to the mid February.

The owner has no control over the time of day that construction crews show up to work on other homes nearby. No refunds will be given because of excessive construction or other noise related to this construction or its workers.

Our trip included 6 adults and 6 children (ages 14-10) never once were we ever over crowded. The house was so roomy. We loved that each bathroom had its own en-suite. The sunset from the top deck was unbelievable. Even though you are in a small community- you feel like you are in your own compound, secluded from every thing around you, so much privacy. The kitchen was so well stocked - we didn’t have to purchase anything. This house was definitely one of the best.

Amazing property. The hosts thought of everything. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and has everything you need for a most relaxing stay. We visited Zion while we were there and it was close enough to go every day. My family absolutely loved the pool. It was the highlight of our family reunion. Next time we will go the reservoir. We drove in and it was absolutely beautiful. Just not enough time to do it all. Bonus is Walmart is a few blocks away to get all your groceries. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and I have to say the amenities and attention to detail in this home was incredible, I feel like they thought of everything! They were very responsive when I messaged with questions and were very easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again. There was a book with all of the information on how to operate every system in the home and was very well thought out. We loved this house and it accommodated three families incredibly well. 5 stars for sure!

We had the best weekend staying here! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept the home was. It was the perfect space for us to relax, spend time together, and just enjoy the weekend. The host was amazing, so kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything felt effortless. We made such great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!
