This home was just fully remodeled and features an awesome open floor plan for hanging out or taking in KILLER views of the San Diego Harbor from the floor to ceiling windows. Seriously the views are amazing! There is a living area with a comfy sofa, a fireplace and TV; a game room with TV, foosball, and a pool/air hockey table; and two outdoor spaces to sit with a glass of wine or a good book and enjoy the sights and sounds of the San Diego Harbor.
The rest of the main floor features:
- A gourmet kitchen
- Three bedrooms EACH with en suite bathrooms – two kings and a twin over full bunk bed
- TV's in all the bedrooms
- Another full bathroom just in case the other 3 weren't enough
- Laundry room
- Upstairs is a private master retreat (king bed) with more stunning harbor views and an enormous private bathroom.
And that's just the inside…out back you'll find:
- Hot tub
- Outdoor shower
- Seating area with fire pit

You can also walk to numerous local shops and restaurants in the Mission Hills area. This location will leave you saying 'WOW'.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so its great for large groups, but NOT GREAT for late night parties (e.g. bachelor parties, etc). We request guests respect the city noise ordinance and head inside by 10:00 p.m.
We are confident you won't find a more special, relaxing, and memorable rental for your extended stay in San Diego, and we can't wait to roll out the red carpet for you!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

We highly recommend Casa Blanca! We are a three generation family of 8 who enjoyed this home. The two game rooms were a thrill for children and adults alike! We even had a PacMan tournament just for fun! The hot tub was a big hit for all of us as well The location cannot be beat for the typical San Diego sightseers. We were minutes from the airport, Little Italy and other central locations. The hosts were very responses to our questions. The furnishings are top shelf and the rooms are generously sized. The most unique feature was the view- expansive ocean views as well views of planes taking off at the airport nearby. My grandson in particular was entertained for hours just by watching the planes take off. Despite the proximity to the airport, noise was not an issue. Sometimes it sounded like a breeze was picking up, but that was just the planes. It really was highly enjoyable for my grandkids ages 6-9 and not an issue for adults. We happened to be there for the 4th of July and the balcony view of the fireworks was spectacular! If you can afford this booking, it is well worth the price!

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation which included 7 adults and one 2 year old. I now know why the company name is Rental with a View! The large windows gave us a beautiful view of the water, the city, and we spent a lot of time watching the planes land and take off at the airport. Personally, I couldn't hear the noise from the airport, but if that type of thing bothers you, they provide noise machines in the bedrooms. The place is very clean. Each room has it's own bathroom. We stayed in a room where the bathroom was very small, but one of us used the larger bathroom on the first floor, which was perfect! a shower for the adult and a very large bathtub for the 2 year old. The dining room table was large enough for all 8 of us to sit down and eat together, which doesn't always happen in a rental. Adrienne was extremely attentive to anything that we needed. There were a couple of items that needed fixing and she had someone there to remedy the situation immediately. It didn't matter the time of day! I could also go on about the two game rooms and the outdoor patio with the BBQ. We spent a lot of time watching soccer/football inside and out! I would highly recommend Rental with a View for your stay in San Diego. We couldn't have picked a better house!

What a fantastic home in a great location with everything you could want for a stay away from home! We spent 3 nights in June celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and retirement with our two sons and their families (6 adults and 3 children ages 4, 6 & 8). This home had everything we needed, both indoors and outdoors. There was plenty of space allowing us all to socialize together while not feeling like we were on top of each other. The hot tub was widely used as was the outdoor BBQ area. The location was easy to navigate in terms of grocery stores, restaurants, activities, etc. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to come back again someday!
