Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Sunny House Gianicolo is a cozy apartment of about 100 square meters, quiet and equipped with every comfort, ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to explore Rome from a less chaotic, relaxing area, full of greenery and history; We’re located in the heart of Monteverde Vecchio, one of Rome’s most beautiful residential neighborhoods, just a stone’s throw from Trastevere and well-connected to the city center and major tourist attractions.
The apartment is very bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy, even for a large family or a group of friends.
The sofas are comfortable and cozy, facing a smart TV with Prime Video already included, and the large six-seat dining table in the living room is ideal for sharing a dinner with friends after a day spent exploring the city.
The apartment has central heating, and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

The apartment was very spacious! Three large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Big kitchen and living room. The apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was an elevator. Transiting to downtown Rome or Trastevere was a bit far away. Overall a really nice place! We would stay here again!
