With ski-in access, a private hot tub, and a short walk to the Canyons Village base, this is the perfect spot for your mountain vacation. With 4BRs (plus an entertainment room with pullout sofa) and 5 full baths, there's plenty of space here for your whole group!

The Space:
Start your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen with all new Thermador appliances. Take the short walk (3-4 mins to Sunrise Lift, or a couple mins more to the Red Pine Gondola) and enjoy a day on the slopes of Park City.

When the day is done, ski back right to your home via the ski-in trail (snow conditions permitting) and relax in the hot tub while you watch the sunset over the mountains. Settle in for a movie night in front of the fireplace, or get ready and head out for a night at any of the Canyons Village restaurants, or Main Street in downtown Park City (a 10 minute Uber). After a restful night of sleep, wake up and do it all over again!

The Neighborhood:
The Sunrise Lift is the nearest lift at Canyons Village, a 3-4 minute walk, or take the free Canyons Village shuttle service - use the app to order it right to your door!

The Village is also home to great gear shops, delicious restaurants, and awesome events all year round.

You’re just minutes from Old Town Park City and Deer Valley for even more skiing and snowboarding options. All the ski resorts offer summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

Don’t miss strolling down Main Street in Park City, stopping for a coffee at a cute café or browsing the art collections at the local galleries.

Other Things to Note:
Please note - there is still construction going on in the area as other parts of the Ridge development are not fully completed yet. There may be construction noise, workers, vehicles, etc. in the area.

Covid Cancellation
In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
