Waves features a private pool with a convenient sitting spa, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. The expansive game room on the third floor guarantees endless entertainment with its air hockey table, foosball table, vintage arcade game, and two game-ready 44" TVs. Snuggle up on the comfortable wrap-around sofas, mix drinks at the wet bar, and savor snacks at the two large dining tables. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the spacious balcony and revel in the picturesque views of Seagrove Beach.
The first floor of Waves boasts a guest bedroom furnished with a king bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer a seamless flow and overlook the inviting pool. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with premium appliances, including 2 Fisher & Paykel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 5-burner gas cooktop. The island with seating for 3 provides a cozy spot for casual conversations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area showcases two wrap-around sofas facing a 65" Roku TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. Our party of 12, adults some young teens had plenty of room for privacy, playing games, enjoying the pool and proximity to the beach. When issues did arise they were quickly and politely addressed by our host.

The home was great for gathering of 23, clean, comfortable, walking to and from the beach, host was gracious available and responsive. We had a wonderful time of bonding with family. We are thankful for our time together under one roof.

Our stay was okay overall. The location is ideal. We could not have asked for a more convenient or beautiful area. Unfortunately, however, we had a number of issues and inconveniences with the house that impacted our experience. The layout of the house is great especially for multiple families with kids, but we encountered a series of unfortunate circumstances one after another. Upon arrival, we noticed the golf cart had a flat tire, none of the TVs in the bunk rooms worked, the lever to flush one of the main bedroom toilets was broken, the grill was dirty and did not ignite, and the dryer on the second floor did not work. The property management company was wonderful at trying to address the issues. They were responsive and professional. As soon as we reported our concerns, they sent a maintenance person out to address what they could, and the owner had the dryer replaced within a couple of days. We felt like all of the issues should have been discovered and remedied prior to our check-in with proper protocols, but we were at least pleased that when brought to the management company's attention they did promptly take action, even though not everything could be fixed or remedied.
