The Space:

Our home is called “Don’t Worry, Beach Happy” because this is the perfect place to leave your worries behind, soak up some sun, and be happy at the beach! Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just one block from the beach, you are close to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. This listing is for BOTH sides of the duplex (the entire structure). Each side of our home is totally self-sufficient. Each side consists of 3-bedrooms, 2-full-bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (stainless appliances and granite counters), washer & dryer, Wifi, and can sleep up 10 guests if you make use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area. Bedroom #1 features a queen-bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 can sleep 4 guests with two bunk beds. Sleeper-sofa in the living area sleeps 2. Now double that and you have a total of 3000 SF, 6 BR, 4 BA, 2 kitchens, and sleeping accommodations for up to 20. Deeded beach access is just a short walk away, located at the end of East 4th St, just two blocks from the home (o.2 mi). Guest Access:

Guests will have access to each side of the duplex.

Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

Deeded beach access is just a short walk away, located at the end of East 4th St, just two blocks from the home (o.2 mi).



No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. There is a Dollar General nearby with a great selection of beach stuff.



The home will include: one roll of tp, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. This is meant more as a convenience in case you arrive late and don't have a chance to make it to store. This isn't meant to last for your entire stay.



Insurance stipulations don't allow us to provide anything which may be consumed. This includes: salt, pepper, oil, etc.



Interaction with Guests:

We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency. After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
