Located on the first floor, accessible via a wide staircase, the flat is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a seating area featuring a pull-out sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 guests.
- A kitchenette opening onto the living room, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette set, kettle, filter coffee machine and Tassimo Happy.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (2 beds, 80×190cm) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190cm) with a wardrobe.
