Great location and the condo had lots of amenities

We needed a place centrally located to both Belmont and Sevier Park and this fit the bill. Parking and check in were easy. Good communication from host. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. We have family in the area and enjoy walking the neighborhoods between 12 South and 21st. Only two considerations you need to make when considering. One is that the walls are thin and you're in a high tourist traffic area. So if you need deep quiet, you'll need to account for that. If you need your morning coffee the provided coffee is whole bean with french press. That means longer prep. So be prepared or bring your instant/quick coffee fixes. The White Buffalo coffee across the street is not that good. You'll need to walk down to Frothy Monkey for the good stuff if you want someone else to make it fresh.

The apartment was spotless! We dropped something and there wasn't even a dust bunny under the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal and the location was very convenient for visiting our Belmont student. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Parking in this neighborhood is challenging and we were grateful for the parking lot in back which is included as part of the stay.
