**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 days we charge for water and energy;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, split-system air conditioning, fan, blackout curtains, wardrobe, and Smart TV;

Bedroom 1 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Bedroom 2 (upper floor): 2 single beds, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, effectively making one of them a suite.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
