We stayed with a large family of 13 split between the 2 units. Both were very clean upon arrival. Overall, we all had a great time and loved the accommodations. Would definatley recommend!!PROS: Great Location!! We walked to Forsythe Park and to the trolley stop around the corner. There is a small grocery store and a Dollar Store around the corner that we utilized when we needed supplies. We were able to get parking in front of the units or in the parking lot in back. Only drawback of street parking is that we had to move cars one night for the street cleaning, so pay attention to the signs!CONS: The queen bedrooms were small and do not provide closet or drawer space. This was a bit problematic as we did have some elderly persons in one unit that had to maneuver carefully to get in/out of the bed. *While not necessarily a con, the water temp in the upstairs shower is reversed so hot is cold and cold is hot.RECOMMENDATIONS: The host should 1) add rugs by the front back door for when it rains, 2) anti-slip mats and rugs in the downstairs showers, 3) some of the upstairs doors need to have the screws checked as they were popping out and making the doors hard to open/close, and 4) provide a broom. There was a dustpan but no broom available.

This pair of townhomes were perfect for our large family gathering. They were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils you could ever need. The manager was very responsive, I would book this property again. The only thing I’d say is that there are no en-suite bathrooms so you just need to be comm
